Outer: sport weight yarn in 2 colours: 175[200, 215]yds / 160[185, 200]m MC and 100[110, 120]yds / 95[100, 110]m CC. Shown in Quince & Co. Chickadee (100% wool, 181yds / 166m, 1.76oz / 50g) in MC - Peacock and CC - Leek.

Lining: fingering / 4ply yarn: 200[215, 230]yds / 185[200, 215]m. Shown in Quince & Co. Tern (75% wool, 25% Silk, 221yds / 202m, 1.76oz / 50g) in Kelp.

Needles and notions

US 2[2 ½, 3] / 2.75[3, 3.25]mm dpns or long circular(s) for preferred method of working small circumferences in the rnd.

US 4[5, 6] / 3.5[3.75, 4]mm dpns or long circular(s) for preferred method of working small circumferences in the rnd.

Stitch markers, scrap yarn.

Gauge

15[14, 13]sts and 15[14, 13]rows = 2˝ / 5cm in stranded colour work in the rnd with larger needles.

Sizes

Finished palm circumference of approx 8[8¾, 91/4]˝ / 20.5[22, 23.5]cm, choose a size with approx 1˝ / 2.5cm of positive ease.
